Your relationship with the Pretty team does not end on closing day. We cherish our clients
and maintain a long-term, and sometimes long-distance relationship. this is called our
Raving Fans Program.

Birthday wishes, special occasion acknowledgements, holiday gifts, and words of
encouragement are sent to our raving Fans throughout the year. appreciation events
and parties are also on the agenda. Here are a few annual events for you to put on the
calendar:

Parents’ night Out
Gratitude Open House Beth was raised with a servant’s heart. Her parents set an example of rolling up their sleeves to help
regal Movie Showcase many local charities well into their retirement years. there was no question that she would bring this
passion to the Pretty team and her real estate business. in 2013, the Opening Doors and Changing
the best compliment that we can ever receive is a recommendation or referral. Over 95% of Lives Program was born.
our business comes from past clients, friends, and agents across the country who recommend
us to their friends, family, and clients. We hope to make you a raVinG Fan! each time we open a door for a seller or buyer, a donation is earmarked for one of our favorite

local charities. rest assured that when your transaction is complete, you will also receive a survey
that gives you the opportunity to select one of those local non-profits. the program has been
extremely successful granting over $200,000 to several local charities in the richmond area.

in addition, the Pretty team provides food a few times a year to a group of homeless women and
men. Our sleeves are also rolled up to assist with charity events and animal rescue throughout
each year.
