Checking out neighborhoods and

• We agreed to be paid by the listing agent or seller
• We do not charge any administrative fees to you • Avoid canceling after seller has jumped
through hoops to remove pets and
• You agree not to use any other real estate professional
children to accommodate us
• You agree to communicate with us before visiting an open
house or new construction model • We will take approximately 25 minutes to
tour each property. If you find a home
• You will keep us informed of any changes to your home that you lOVE, we can schedule a time
buying journey for a second and more thorough look.
• We take the time to point out some practical
considerations about many homes (maintenance
considerations, location, re-sale value, concerns).
• Avoid contact with pets. If you have any
allergies or fear of pets, please let us know.
• Give us feedback, so that we can learn what
you do and don’t like. We prospect every day
to find the right home for you. Your insights
guide us in that process.
• If we approach an occupied home that you
know you don’t like, we may still enter to turn
off lights & to look to provide feedback to the
sellers. We feel this is the right thing to do.
