Paige is our marketing ninja! She creates exquisite pieces to best highlight our listings. She also de-
velops all of our educational and marketing publications. after earning a Bachelor of Design in ar-
chitecture from Clemson university and a degree in Mass Communication & Journalism from
Winthrop university, Paige spent 17 years in the fields of advertising & marketing. She served as an
advertising director for eight of those years. Her background in architecture, advertising, and jour-
nalism serve her and us well.
When Paige is not being a rock star for the Pretty team, she is relaxing on her porch taking in the
sights & sounds of her gorgeous Powhatan property or can be found whipping up delicious cookies
and cakes in her personal baking kitchen. Paige has been blessed with two highly-creative and
gifted children who bring her much joy. Her husband Steve is talented in his own right as a partner
in a richmond architecture firm. He even designed their stunning farm house.
Kim Carter-Young Client Care Coordinator
as our Client Care Coordinator, Kim brings a wealth of business experience & endless enthusiasm
to her new position. Our resident database guru, Kim manages client information, supports mar-
keting efforts through our social media accounts & events, and ensures all the various parts of our
business machine run smoothly. Her mission is to provide a positive experience for not only her
teammates & our vendors but, most importantly, for you, our outstanding clients. With more than
20 years of experience in the field of database design, mining and marketing, and a strong back-
ground in digital content creation, she is excited to use her knowledge and skills in new and excit-
ing ways as she delves into the real estate world.
Born and raised in the Vancouver, BC Canada area, she has lived in Virginia since 1999. Kim, her
husband Shay, & their children have called Midlothian home since 2008. in her spare time, she en-
joys spending time with her family, especially in the outdoors, entertaining, yoga, and exercising
her creative and artistic muscles through craft and home DiY projects.
robin austin Lead Buyer Specialist | Licensed reaLtOr ®
robin is a richmond native who has lived throughout the metropolitan area. She brings a wealth
of experience to the Pretty team. With more than 30 years in the communication industry, she
knows how to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of attention. robin began her journey
in real estate in 2005. She has been through a seller’s and buyer’s market. this is a huge advantage
to our buyers who need the latest market trends, strategies, & negotiating advice.
robin is also a pet-friendly real estate agent, which means that she is comfortable & competent
in maintaining a safe experience for our clients & pets out in the field. She also spends her free
time working in animal rescue. robin fosters these precious dogs to give them a chance for a for-
ever home. When not fostering rescue dogs, robin can be found going on adventures with her
beloved sheepdoodle, Yeti. You will find robin to be an outstanding negotiator who is praised for
her ability to educate and support all of our clients during and well beyond the transaction.
alice May transaction Coordinator
alice is a transaction Coordinator and licensed reaLtOr with Keller Williams. She is most passion-

ate about helping clients and customers navigate their home sale or purchase while removing as
many pressures or roadblocks as possible. in addition to her expertise in real estate, alice has ex-
tensive experience in project management and business administration. She can always be
counted on to face the world with a positive attitude and a smile on her face!
alice has been a Virginia resident since 2001. Part of her heart is still in Pittsburgh where she grew
up, and in State College, Pa where she graduated from the Pennsylvania State university. When
she’s not in the thick of a real estate transaction, she’s spending her free time with her husband
Mark, daughter Megan, son Justin and Murphy their Maltese/Yorkie mix (Morkie).
