As our Client Care Coordinator, Katrina brings a wealth of business experience & endless enthusiasm to her position. Our database guru, Katrina manages client information, supports marketing efforts through our social media accounts & events, and ensures all the various parts of our business machine run smoothly. Her mission is to provide a positive experience for not only her teammates & our vendors but, most importantly, for you, our outstanding clients. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of customer service, she uses her knowledge and skills in exciting ways. When Katrina is not building relationships with clients and business partners, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, baking, or reading a good book. She also loves traveling, especially to the mountains (her happy place) or to her home state of Florida. And, in their spare time, she and her husband love coming up with new home DIY projects.
